Tulloch was born in San Diego California and grew up in Spain Uruguay as well as Argentina. Tulloch is known by the name of Bitsie and isn't an abbreviation for her initial name Elizabeth. This is a reference to the nickname given by her grandfather during World War II who also participated in the Goldsboro B52 accident. Tulloch was given the name Bitsie when she began to act. It was her name until the year 2017, at which point she switched to Elizabeth. I still introduce myself by the name of Bitsie to people I meet. In my mid-twenties I was just beginning to act and it worked. As I'm now into my 30s I'm beginning to need to go back to Elizabeth to make a profit. This was not something I had thought of. The producer said Hey we noticed it was Elizabeth as we filled in your legal documents. What do you think about this billing method? Then I called my manager and agent to ask their opinion. Now that you are getting older, it's the time to take a step forward. Also, Bitsie is obviously a very kind of cute name. Its cutesy. It was everything the words that were spoken. Its not like I introduce myself as Elizabeth now. The billing will continue. The family of Tulloch's is Scottish and has Spanish influences. Her first language is identified as Spanish. Tulloch doesn't, however, believe that she's proficient. Tulloch's paternal grandparents who are her father are native to Renfrewshire in Scotland Her grandfathers were from the area close to Kirkwall. In an article for BBC News, she stated that they believe that the Tullochs came to the US in the year 1880. They and the Kerrs came in the middle century. After her return in America in 1880, U.S. in 1880, Tulloch attended the Bedford New York's Middle and High Schools.
