She was married to actor Tony Curtis from June 1951 from September 1962 to June 1951 and she was the mom of Kelly Curtis and Jamie Lee Curtis. Leigh was caught by actress Norma shearer who signed her a contract work for MGM in the late 1940s. Her role as Norma was featured in a few popular movies throughout the years, such as Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho which was released in 1960 as well as Living It Up, a Martin and Lewis film which was released in 1954.
